Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Feline-Only Veterinary Practice in Singapore
We’re working with an established and highly respected feline-exclusive veterinary practice in Singapore that is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join its growing clinical team.
This purpose-built cat-only clinic is recognised as one of Singapore’s leading providers of feline medicine and surgery, offering a calm, low-stress environment designed specifically for cats and their owners. The successful candidate will work alongside two experienced veterinarians, including a highly regarded feline clinician with an excellent reputation within the local veterinary community.

Location
Singapore
The clinic is situated in an affluent area of Singapore and serves a loyal client base made up primarily of local cat owners, alongside a diverse expatriate community. Clients are highly engaged in their pets’ healthcare and value high-quality veterinary medicine.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will manage a varied and rewarding feline caseload spanning preventative healthcare, internal medicine, diagnostics, dentistry, and general surgery.
This position offers genuine long-term career progression. The practice is committed to developing future leaders and is open to supporting the right individual into a future Co-Head Veterinarian position. For veterinarians with particular clinical interests, there may also be opportunities to help develop and introduce new services as the practice continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct feline consultations covering wellness care, preventative medicine, and medical cases
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of feline-specific medical conditions
- Perform routine and soft tissue surgical procedures including:
- Spays and castrations
- Dental procedures
- Soft tissue surgeries
- Interpret diagnostic imaging including radiography and ultrasonography
- Utilise in-house laboratory diagnostics to support case management
- Build strong client relationships through clear and empathetic communication
- Mentor and support junior veterinary team members
- Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical standards and protocols
Clinical Team
The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative team consisting of:
- 3 Veterinarians (including this role)
- 3 Veterinary Technicians
- 2 Receptionists
- An additional Veterinary Technician currently being recruited

Candidate Requirements
Essential
- BVSc, BVetMed, DVM or equivalent veterinary qualification from an AVS-recognised institution
Recognised accreditation pathways include:
- Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
- Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC)
- American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA)
Alternative recognised pathways include successful completion of:
- NAVLE (North American Veterinary Licensing Examination)
- RCVS Statutory Membership Examination
- Australian National Veterinary Examination (ANVE)
- New Zealand Veterinary Examination (NZNVE)
Candidates should also possess:
- Eligibility for veterinary registration in Singapore
- 3–8+ years of clinical experience in small animal or feline practice
- Competency in routine and soft tissue surgery
- Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and client-care abilities
- A passion for feline medicine
Desirable
- MANZCVS (Feline Medicine) or similar postgraduate qualification
- Previous experience within a feline-only or feline-focused practice
- Experience with ultrasonography and advanced diagnostics
- Leadership aspirations and an interest in practice development
