Job Description:

We’re currently working with a leading veterinary practice in Santa Rosa, CA, that is seeking a Medical Director veterinarian to join a supportive, collaborative team. The successful candidate will be empowered to deliver exceptional care with access to advanced technology, modern facilities, and a talented team, all while contributing to the future of veterinary medicine.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time or Part-Time

  • Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5:30 PM (currently closed Mondays until a new veterinarian is hired)

  • Saturday, 8 AM – 4 PM

  • Patients: Cats and dogs

  • Services: Wellness care, sick visits, dental, spay/neuter, general surgery

Total Rewards:

Compensation:

  • Annual salary range: $150,000–$180,000 (negotiable based on experience and credentials)

  • Sign-on bonus up to $25,000

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
