We’re currently working with a leading multi-specialty veterinary referral and emergency hospital in Los Angeles, California, that is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Specialist to join its leadership team as a Specialty Medical Director. This role offers the opportunity to continue practicing advanced specialty medicine while transitioning into a medical leadership position focused on clinical excellence, hospital direction, and medical quality.

The Specialty Medical Director will be supported by advanced medical technology, modern facilities, and a highly skilled clinical team. This position provides the opportunity to influence patient care standards, mentor clinicians, and contribute to the long-term growth and success of a dynamic specialty hospital.

Compensation

  • Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and credentials

  • Annual salary range: $250,000–$350,000

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution or equivalent
