Emergency Veterinarian – Ithaca, NY

We’re working with a leading veterinary hospital in Ithaca, New York that is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Veterinarian to join a collaborative and supportive team. The hospital offers a dynamic mix of general medicine and specialty services, including surgery, oncology, internal medicine, and radiology, in a fully equipped 16,000-square-foot facility featuring ultrasound, digital radiography, endoscopy, in-house laboratory, and CT capabilities.

The hospital team includes experienced veterinarians and over 40 licensed technicians and assistants, providing seven-day-a-week patient care, including 24-hour hospitalized care. While overnight shifts are not required, this position provides a diverse and challenging emergency caseload that is rewarding and professionally enriching. Veterinarians at the hospital work closely together, fostering a supportive environment with collaboration and mentorship.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary: $115,000–$140,000 (the role is currently days only) negotiable based on experience and credentials
