About the Role

We’re working with a progressive small animal veterinary hospital in Fort Worth, TX that is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical operations while delivering high-quality care to dogs and cats. This position combines hands-on veterinary medicine with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to shape medical standards, mentor team members, and support hospital growth.

The Medical Director will play a key role in fostering a collaborative culture, ensuring clinical excellence, and driving best practices in patient care.

• Lead and oversee medical quality and clinical standards

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Hospital hours:
  • Monday – Friday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Rotating weekends as needed

Candidate Profile

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality veterinary care
