About the Role

We’re working with a busy, 24/7 emergency animal hospital in Antioch, CA that is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join a highly skilled and collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing a wide range of emergency and critical care cases for dogs and cats.

The hospital is well-equipped with advanced diagnostic tools and supported by experienced veterinary technicians and assistants, allowing veterinarians to practice high-quality, efficient emergency medicine.

• 24/7 emergency-focused facility with strong referral relationships
• Four exam rooms, large treatment area, surgery suite, and isolation unit
• ICU capabilities including oxygen therapy and advanced monitoring equipment

• Advanced imaging: ultrasound and digital radiography with radiologist consults

Candidate Profile

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 annually, negotiable based on experience and credentials
