We’re working with a well-established, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital in Lakewood, CO that is seeking a Medical Director to lead its clinical team while continuing to practice high-quality medicine. Schedule

• Full-time position
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Hospital hours:
  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Role Overview

• Provide comprehensive medical care for small animals (cats and dogs)
• Manage a mix of wellness and more complex medical cases
• Lead clinical operations and support team development
• Build strong client relationships through compassionate communication

Ideal Candidate

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Colorado
• Previous leadership experience or strong interest in leadership
• Passionate about delivering high-quality veterinary care
• Strong communication and team-building skills
