We’re working with a well-established, full-service veterinary hospital in Spring, Texas that is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative and supportive clinical team. This role is ideal for veterinarians who want to practice high-quality medicine in a modern, well-equipped facility while benefiting from strong mentorship and a team-focused culture.

About the Practice

This small animal hospital provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats in a modern clinical setting designed to support advanced diagnostics and treatment. The facility is equipped with:

  • In-house surgical suite
  • Digital radiography
  • Advanced dentistry services
  • Hospitalization and patient monitoring capabilities

The hospital places strong emphasis on fear-free handling techniques whenever possible, supporting a calm and positive experience for patients and clients. The team culture is centered on collaboration, mutual support, and continuous improvement in medical standards.

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • 4-day work week for full-time veterinarians
  • Rotating Saturdays
  • Hours of operation:
    • Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
    • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Ideal Candidate

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Licensed in Texas, or eligible for licensure
  • Strong interest in small animal medicine and surgery

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Commitment to high standards of veterinary care and ethics
  • Interest in continued learning and professional development
