The Opportunity

This role is based in a busy, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital that provides comprehensive medical care for dogs and cats, ranging from routine wellness exams to more complex medical cases. The hospital emphasizes patient safety, modern diagnostics, and low-stress handling techniques.

Veterinarians are supported by a highly skilled team and have access to advanced tools including digital radiography and ultrasound, along with hands-free radiology protocols designed to enhance safety for both patients and staff.

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Full-time and part-time positions available

  • Flexible scheduling with 8-hour or 10-hour shifts

  • Rotating weekend coverage

  • Clinic hours:

    • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM


Case Load

  • Small animal focus (canine and feline patients)

  • Preventive care and wellness visits

  • Diagnostics and treatment of acute and chronic conditions

  • Exposure to a wide variety of medical cases for skill development


Ideal Candidate

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution

  • Eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care

  • Strong communicator who values client relationships and teamwork

  • Motivated to continue learning and developing professionally
