The Practice

This busy companion animal hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care for dogs and cats, managing a varied caseload ranging from routine wellness and preventative care through to more complex medical cases.

• Digital radiography
• Ultrasound

• Hands-free radiology techniques for improved safety
• Fear Free handling techniques where possible

Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the hospital provides continuous care and a dynamic clinical environment with strong team support and collaboration.

The Role

The successful Associate Veterinarian will work as part of an experienced clinical team delivering high standards of veterinary care across a varied caseload.

Key responsibilities include:
• Routine consultations and preventative healthcare
• Diagnostic workups and medical case management
• Soft tissue medicine and general practice care
• Client communication and relationship building
• Participation in case discussions and clinical teamwork
• Maintaining high standards of patient care and welfare

Mentorship and structured support are available for early-career veterinarians.

Schedule

• Full-time preferred, part-time considered
• Flexible 8- or 10-hour shift options available
• Rotating weekends as required
• 24-hour hospital environment

Candidate Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
