We’re working with a state-of-the-art veterinary hospital in Dallas, Texas, that  is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join its newly opened facility. The hospital combines advanced technology, comprehensive specialty support, and a collaborative culture to provide exceptional care for pets in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

About the Facility

The hospital features a 25,000 sq ft modern facility designed for innovation and collaboration. Equipped with the latest veterinary technology, the facility includes:

• Two digital radiography suites

• 64-slice CT scanner and MRI

• Varian TrueBeam Edge radiation system

• Endoscopy, fluoroscopy, and digital cytology

• Interventional surgical suite and multiple ultrasound systems

• The only hemoperfusion unit in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

The team includes multiple board-certified specialists across oncology, internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, surgery, and critical care, providing seamless support for emergency cases.

Role and Responsibilities

Emergency Veterinarians will provide high-quality triage and emergency care, handling cases from routine emergencies to complex critical conditions. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and managing emergent cases with a focus on compassionate, world-class care

• Collaborating with specialists in surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, oncology, and critical care

• Performing a variety of emergency surgical procedures with specialist support

• Teaching and mentoring interns and externs in a dynamic, active teaching hospital environment

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary up to $180,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution
