We’re working with a well-established veterinary hospital in Aurora, CO that is seeking a Medical Director to lead its clinical team while continuing to practice high-quality medicine. Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Four 10-hour shifts per week
  • Hours of operation:
    • Monday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Tuesday, Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Role Overview

  • Provide comprehensive medical care for small animals (cats and dogs)
  • Manage a mix of wellness and more complex medical cases
  • Lead clinical operations and mentor veterinary staff
  • Build strong client relationships through clear and compassionate communication

Ideal Candidate

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Colorado
  • Previous leadership or strong interest in a leadership role
  • Passionate about high-quality veterinary medicine
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
