We’re working with a well-established, full-service veterinary hospital in Colorado Springs, CO that is seeking a Medical Director to lead its clinical team while continuing to practice high-quality medicine. Leadership Opportunity

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring the veterinary team

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating weekends and holidays

Role Overview

• Provide comprehensive care for small animals (cats and dogs)
• Manage a mix of wellness and more complex medical cases
• Lead clinical operations and support team development
• Build strong client relationships through clear, compassionate communication

Ideal Candidate

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Colorado
• Previous leadership experience or strong leadership interest
• Passionate about high-quality veterinary care
• Strong communication and team-building skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary starting at $130,000 – $145,000 plus Medical Director stipends, production, and bonus potential
