We’re working with a well-established companion animal hospital in Ray Brook, New York that is seeking a Medical Director to lead its clinical team while continuing to provide high-quality veterinary care. Leadership Role

As Medical Director, responsibilities include:

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, Thursday: variable hours (including later shift coverage)
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Caseload

• Small animal / companion animal focus
• Mix of wellness care and general medical cases

Ideal Candidate

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Licensed in New York, or eligible for licensure
• Strong background in small animal medicine and surgery

• Commitment to high-quality, ethical veterinary care

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $160,000 – $180,000 annually (based on experience and credentials)
