We’re working with a well-regarded small animal hospital in South Pasadena, CA that is looking for an experienced Veterinarian to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a confident clinician who enjoys both practicing high-quality medicine and mentoring early-career veterinarians.

Team & Support Structure

• Work alongside 4 full-time veterinarians

• Typically 3–4 veterinarians scheduled per day

• Strong support staff including:

  • 5 Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs)

  • 10 Technician Assistants

  • 1 Pharmacy Technician

  • 4 Receptionists

• Each veterinarian is paired with a dedicated assistant for every shift

• Minimal reliance on relief vets as the team continues to grow

Schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + production bonuses
