We are currently working with a well-established hospital based in Hermosa Beach, CA that is seeking an associate Veterinarian to complement their team. *$25 000 sign on bonus*

The hospital

You will join a full-service facility delivering the best medical care for pets and the best experience for pet owners.

The clinic provides a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in house testing and the use of external laboratories. They also work closely alongside other local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. The clinic includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-house surgery suite, digital X-ray, hospitalization area, and kennels.

This small animal hospital provides comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care to cats and dogs in Hermosa, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Palos Verdes, Hawthorne, Lawndale, Lomita, and Inglewood.

The job

You will join a multi doctor team where teamwork is a constant in their daily practice. You will also be supported by a compassionate and supportive team of technicians, veterinary assistants, and a very experienced office manager.

Duties include:

• Full-Time Veterinary Care
• High Quality Small and Senior Animal Medicine – comprehensive wellness and preventive care
• Surgery including spays/neuters and more
• Dentistry
• Diagnostics
• Internal Medicine

Key Skills, Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/NAVLE degree or equivalent from an accredited university
• DEA License
• Active State License & USDA accreditation
• Proficient surgical and general medicine experience
• A compassionate veterinarian
• A strong communicator who loves building rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients
• An enthusiastic person who possesses strong emotional intelligence and is a team player
